Reorganized the management structure into the system of Chairman Koo, Bon Il and President Koo, Jun Mo, CEO with Koo, Jun Mo, CEO on board in 2007, Ilji Tech launched aggressive management, established Beijing Ilji in Beijing, China in 2011, which fully operated in 2012. It became the turning point to be positioned as a global company literally. In addition, in 2014, the company established Gyeongju Factory, spun off the molding factory into IJS Co, Ltd., and acquired Quality 5 Star from the quality certification system of Hyundai Motor. Consequently the company prepared the footstep to focus on change and innovation as well as choice and concentration.

At the end of 1997, a lot of Korean companies bankrupted due to IMF foreign currency crisis, so called the greatest crisis since unification. However, enduring pains of the crisis, Chairman Koo, Bon Il and employees of Ilji Tech bravely launched mold production which others were reluctant, which helped to keep 'surplus' march continued since foundation.
For 10 years since then, Ilji Tech relocated its head office to Gyeongsan and newly built the molding factory. The move helped the company to lay the groundwork for a bigger step.

As the textile industry which represented Daegu region entered into the downward trend, the automotive part industry emerged as new industrial engine for the region.
At that time, Chairman Koo, Bon Il took over a textile embroidery factory located in Daegu 3 Industrial Complex to start Shina Machinery, entered into automotive parts production and registered as a partner of Hyundai Motor in the very next year of foundation. Forming internal stability and external appearance, the company had grown rapidly until the IMF foreign currency crisis.
